Suggested Terms

Suggested Terms module will suggest terms that have been used before. Very helpful for keeping content linked up because any content with the same term is linked via the taxonomy (think of taxonomy as categories).

Install in the usual way

To configure log in to your website and go to admin

  1. Click Taxonomy on the left
A taxonomy is a group or category of things, its explained here
  2. Click Add vocabulary at the top
  3. For the Vocabulary name type 'Tags'
  4. Tick the 2 content Types Page and Story
  5. Tick Tags and Multiple select
  6. Click the save button at the bottom

Now, when you create or edit content you can add tags to the content. As the site gets bigger your tags will link content together so if a tag is used for 2 pages then they are conected. For Example if you have a page about Trees and you use Tree as a Tag, then someone else writes a blog and has Tree as a tag the 2 bits of content are linkd.

Now, if a user clicks the Tree tag on either content they will see both bits of content. Very useful for products, forums, blogs, etc!
